Within the designed speed range, there is no obvious first-order or second-order resonance zone phenomenon during the operation of the whole machine, and the full vibration intensity of the bearing seat is controlled between 2mm/s and 4mm/s. Avoiding additional fatigue damage to various components of the equipment caused by high-frequency vibration and beat vibration.
3. Thoroughly eliminate the phenomenon of liquid ring stall
Thoroughly eliminating the phenomenon of liquid ring stall during heavy load startup or shutdown of the entire machine (especially LW530 and above large models), thereby avoiding additional impact fatigue damage to the main bearings, spiral bearings, and rotating components of the equipment caused by the jumping or severe shaking of the entire machine due to liquid ring stall.

The mating surface between the bearing and the workpiece is separated by a layer of oil film injected under high pressure during disassembly, fundamentally eliminating friction between them, reducing the required pulling force by 90% during disassembly, and reducing the risk of damage to high-precision components during bearing disassembly.
9. Main bearing lubrication system

10. Main bearing BH protective device
The main bearing is designed with protective bearings at both ends. Under normal circumstances, the protective bearings do not work (a certain axial clearance is reserved between the inner ring of the protective bearing and the main shaft). When the main bearing is suddenly damaged in some unexpected extreme working conditions, or the jumping amplitude caused by the deviation of the main engine rotation center reaches the axial clearance value reserved between the inner ring of the protective bearing and the main shaft, the protective bearing starts to work. At the same time, the automatic control system of the main engine detects a sudden change in the vibration value of the bearing position, and the emergency stop program of the equipment is triggered. Under the action of protecting the bearing, the equipment stops smoothly, ensuring that the main components of the equipment are not damaged and ensuring production safety.
11. HMI Human Machine Interface
The operating system adopts HMI human-machine interface, which can realize various operations of the centrifuge through the interface and monitor the working status of the centrifuge in real time.
12. Intelligent control system
The control system adopts a PLC programmable controller, with two operation modes: manual operation and one key fully automatic operation. It has functions such as automatic adjustment of differential speed of the screw feeder, automatic adjustment of constant torque of the screw feeder, one key automatic completion of centrifuge cleaning, and one key standby of the centrifuge.
13. Comprehensive security protection system
Having a comprehensive monitoring system and alarm system.
